That is why InKamers was developed.
With one loan, you arrange accommodation for your child, with a fixed interest rate and clear structure. At the same time, you contribute to more qualitative student housing in the Netherlands.
A social housing concept
Our goal is to provide good accommodation for students, with a focus on quality, safety, and affordability.
Where possible, within the housing portfolio, we also want to offer space to students who receive less obvious support from home.
This creates a living concept where parents help their own children to a pleasant living space, while also contributing to more supply for other students.

The rents are set according to the WWS system for non-independent living spaces.
